He is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli-Tamil Nadu, India and 12 years of teaching experience. His academic journey culminated with B.Com, M.Com in AJ College, Sivakasi under Madurai Kamaraj University. He has done his MBA, M.Phil in Pondicherry University and Ph.D from University of Hyderabad. Beyond his research contributions, he actively engages in various roles within the academic community. He has served as a Member in Technical Committee, Advisory Board, Editorial Board Member, Reviewer, Faculty Selection Committee, Question Paper Setter, External Examiner, Observer in National Testing Agency, Session Chair, Chief Guest Speaker, etc. He also guided and awarded four Ph.D under his guidance and Received Two Best Paper Award in the International Conference paper presentation and visited abroad.
