Dr. Dineshkumar Ramjibhai Chavda is an accomplished academician, researcher, and educator in the field of Commerce and Management. He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Research Guide in the Department of Commerce and Management at Bhakta Kavi Narsinh Mehta University, Junagadh, Gujarat, India. With a strong academic background and extensive teaching experience, he has made significant contributions to higher education and research. Dr. Chavda completed his Ph.D. in Accountancy from Saurashtra University, Rajkot in 2016. He also holds an M.Phil., M.Com., B.Ed., and B.Com., along with qualifying the GSET examination. His areas of expertise include Financial Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing Management, and Business Research.

He is working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli-Tamil Nadu, India and 12 years of teaching experience. His academic journey culminated with B.Com, M.Com in AJ College, Sivakasi under Madurai Kamaraj University. He has done his MBA, M.Phil in Pondicherry University and Ph.D from University of Hyderabad. He has worked at GITAM University-Bangalore, Indira Gandhi National Tribal University-Madhya Pradesh, KL University-Vijayawada and Lovely Professional University-Punjab. He has published more than 66 research papers in National and International Journals on UGC Care list, Scopus, ABDC, and SSCI. He has organized National and International Conference and Workshops as well as participated more than 100 seminars. He also conducted Seminar receiving funds from ICSSR-SRC Hyderabad. He also presented more than 85 papers, as well as published 4 Edited Volume Book along with patent and copy rights. His research endeavours primary focus on Accounting and Finance, Financial Services, FinTech, Securities Markets. Beyond his research contributions, he actively engages in various roles within the academic community. He has served as a Member in Technical Committee, Advisory Board, Editorial Board Member, Reviewer, Faculty Selection Committee, Question Paper Setter, External Examiner, Observer in National Testing Agency, Session Chair, Chief Guest Speaker, etc. He also guided and awarded four Ph.D under his guidance and Received Two Best Paper Award in the International Conference paper presentation and visited abroad.

Dr. Laxmikant C. Sontakke, Assistant Professor ,MVP's IMRT, Nashik. he is an accomplished academician with over 15 years of teaching experience in Marketing Management. A passionate educator and researcher, he has guided more than 200 MBA projects affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University and has actively participated in numerous national and international conferences, workshops, and faculty development programs. He awarded a Ph.D. in Organizational Management from SPPU, Pune, and an MBA with a specialization in Marketing and Financial Management. Dr. Sontakke has been at the forefront of academic excellence, actively engaging in interdisciplinary research. His areas of expertise include green marketing, sustainability, rural branding, and the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT and AI in marketing. He has published impactful research in UGC-CARE-listed journals, such as his study on the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on higher education. He also successfully completed a minor research project funded by SPPU on the impact of brand building in rural communities, showcasing his commitment to solving real-world marketing challenges. In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Sontakke has participated in numerous national and international conferences, FDPs, and workshops, focusing on topics like ICT integration, emotional intelligence, plagiarism management, and advanced research methodologies. His expertise is further enhanced by certifications from prestigious institutions like IIM Bangalore and Coursera, covering marketing essentials, academic research, and literature review methodologies. Dr. Marshal Iwedi is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Finance at Rivers State University, Port Harcourt, a Visiting Scholar at Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Port Harcourt, and an Adjunct Lecturer at Miva Open University, Abuja. He holds a Ph.D. in Banking and Finance from Rivers State University and has over a decade of experience teaching and researching across all academic levels. A prolific scholar, Dr. Iwedi has authored thirteen academic textbooks and over sixty peer-reviewed journal articles spanning corporate finance, digital finance, FinTech, monetary policy, and financial inclusion. His works are widely adopted across Nigerian universities and his research consistently informs banking policy and financial sector reform in Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa. He serves as Managing Editor of the Journal of Banking and Finance (RSU) and as Associate Editor of Financial Innovation (Springer Open). Dr. Iwedi has supervised over forty undergraduate and postgraduate students, and is a recipient of the Emerging African Education Icon Award. He is a member of the Academy of Management Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management of Nigeria.
