Dr. Preeti Garg is an accomplished academician with 16 years of experience in teaching Ph.D., M.Phil., MBA, BBA, and BCA students, currently serving as an Associate Professor at NICE School of Business Studies, Shobhit Deemed University, Meerut. She holds a Ph.D. in Management with specialization in Human Resource and Retail Management, and has a strong focus on Outcome-Based Education, curriculum development, research, and quality assurance in teaching. Dr. Garg has published and presented over 35 research papers in national and international forums, including Scopus and UGC CARE journals, and has received the Excellent Researcher Award in 2022. Her academic leadership includes organizing international conferences, designing certificate courses, supervising Ph.D. and M.Phil. scholars, and coordinating key university initiatives like NAAC, IQAC, and Open-Source Learning. She holds multiple patents, serves on editorial boards of reputed journals, and is an active contributor to workshops, FDPs, and national/international seminars. Her expertise spans HRM, OB, Marketing, and Retail, and she is committed to fostering academic excellence and student development.
