I am a microbiologist, biotechnology researcher, and academic editor with a passion for advancing scientific research, fostering international collaboration, and promoting excellence in scholarly publishing. My academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology from Ehime University, Japan, followed by a prestigious JSPS Postdoctoral Fellowship, where I further developed expertise in microbial biotechnology, research innovation, and scientific integrity. My research interests encompass microbiology, biotechnology, environmental science, and sustainable biological applications. I have authored more than 130 peer-reviewed scientific publications and have been actively involved in supervising undergraduate and postgraduate research, co-supervising Ph.D. students, managing government-funded research projects, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across Bangladesh, Japan, Malaysia, and other international institutions. Alongside my research career, I have developed extensive experience in scientific publishing and editorial leadership. I have served as Associate Editor of the Cureus Journal of Agriculture and Food Science (Springer Nature), Executive Editor of Toxicol TIMES, Regional Managing Editor of Environmental Science Archives, and Editorial Board Member for several international journals. I have also reviewed hundreds of manuscripts for leading publishers, including Springer Nature, Elsevier, Taylor & Francis, Dove Press, and others, with a strong commitment to publication ethics, rigorous peer review, and research quality. I am particularly interested in building collaborations that bridge academia, industry, and international research communities to address global challenges through innovative science. My goal is to contribute to impactful research, mentor the next generation of scientists, and support the advancement of high-quality, ethical scholarly communication.
