Ravinder Saini is an academician, researcher, and teacher educator based in Haryana, India, specializing in Special Education (Intellectual Disability), Inclusive Education, Educational Technology, and Disability Studies. He holds a Ph.D. in Education and is UGC-NET qualified, alongside an M.Ed. (Special Education) in Intellectual Disability from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and a B.Ed. Ravinder has an extensive research portfolio, with over a dozen journal articles and more than 20 book chapters covering themes such as inclusive pedagogy, assistive technology, ICT integration in special education, and disability rights. He has also presented at numerous conferences and holds several patents in assistive and educational technology, including devices supporting visually impaired students, children with autism, and communication training tools.
