Ravinder Saini is an academician, researcher, and teacher educator based in Haryana, India, specializing in Special Education (Intellectual Disability), Inclusive Education, Educational Technology, and Disability Studies. He holds a Ph.D. in Education and is UGC-NET qualified, alongside an M.Ed. (Special Education) in Intellectual Disability from Panjab University, Chandigarh, and a B.Ed. (Special Education) from M.D.U. Rohtak. Since March 2021, he has been affiliated with SGT University, Gurugram, having earlier served at Tapovan College of Special Education and Research, Shri Ganganagar, Rajasthan (2018–2021). Ravinder has an extensive research portfolio, with over a dozen journal articles and more than 20 book chapters covering themes such as inclusive pedagogy, assistive technology, ICT integration in special education, and disability rights.
