No Submission Fee

We do not charge any fee at the time of submission. Publication fees are only charged after your paper has been accepted.

Example: A 12-page research paper with fast track review would cost $100 (base) + $20 (2 additional pages) + $50 (fast track) = $170 or ₹4,250

Frequently Asked Questions

The publication fee is only due after your paper has been accepted for publication. You will receive an invoice with payment instructions after the acceptance notification. Your paper will be published after the payment has been confirmed.

The page count is based on the final formatted version of your paper, not the submitted manuscript. Our editorial team will format your paper according to our journal's style guide, and the final page count will be determined after this process. You will be informed of the final page count before payment is requested.

The Fast Track Review option provides expedited handling of your manuscript. We guarantee a first decision within 7 days of submission. This includes priority assignment to reviewers, expedited editorial handling, and faster publication processing if accepted. Please note that fast track does not influence the acceptance decision, only the speed of the review process.

Yes, we provide official invoices suitable for institutional reimbursement. When your paper is accepted, you can request an invoice with your institution's details. We can also address the invoice directly to your institution or funding agency if required. For specific invoicing requirements, please contact our finance team.

You can pay in either USD or INR, depending on your preference and location. International authors typically pay in USD, while authors from India often prefer to pay in INR. Both payment options are available through our payment portal, and the exchange rate is fixed at the time of invoice generation.

Once payment is confirmed, your paper will typically be published online within 3-5 business days. This includes final formatting, DOI registration, and uploading to our online platform. You will receive a notification email with the publication details and a link to your published paper.
